This is a very simple timer.I've had mine for a year now.Of course it is trivial to program--few options, but those ones are useful, and adequate for me.My unit has developed the following problems:1) The LCD failed quickly when exposed to hot Colorado summer sun.It is now quite illegible, so I have no idea what time it thinks it is.This is remarkably poorly thought out: you must only install it in the shade.
2) Recently the timer sometimes fails to shut off the water fully, instead producing a slow drip.
Given the other crap out there, this one measures up pretty well, I guess.
