I bought this at Home Depot last summer and used it for about 5 months. The design is great with the easy to turn shut-off handles, and I liked the high water flow as compared to cheaper shut-off valves.However, it is just not built to last. This spring when I hooked it up again, I discovered that one of the valves is now on in the "off" position, and when put in the "on" position, it is mostly off but leaks. I have no idea how this happened -- apparently the connection between the ball inside the valve and the handle is not reliable.
Unfortunately this is going to end up in the trash - I was hoping it would be more durable than the cheap metal shut-offs with plastic handles, but it wasn't. Next time I'll be buying a solid brass unit.
