I have looked into hose reels. Since I have a bad back, manual hose reels are very hard to use. I have tried the auto hose reels from the store and they are horrible. I end up spending more energy and time than the manual hose reel. When I first saw this product, I was a little concern about the price. But when you have a bad back, every penny is worth it if the product works.This is the best automatic hose reel ever. It is extremely easy to use. I got one for my back yard and wanted to see how it works before I buy another one for my front yard. The size of the hose did not affect the water preasure at all. It is amazing!
