one star short because the bolts to tighten the base are too tight to turn. But it also makes it easier to move from spot to spot til you decide where you want it (like I did) but most people know where they want the hose holder so be sure to have a set of strong hands to turn the wrench! But if you don't, it will still work, it may just wobble abit. It is well made and very nice looking.
