I had reservations about this...and when I 1st got it and followed instructions on website to pull it to full length FIRST before looping it "because it has a memory"...HEY!..yeah, some MEMORY!!I had mistakenly tried to pull it back up to loop it on the hanger AGAINST IT'S MEMORY. I had never battled with such kinks and tangles!!
However, gathering more strength the NEXT day I pulled it out again, and paid more attention to detail.
HMM HMM...now it is correctly looped (to it's liking)...it does the OPPOSITE! It automatically UNKINKS itself as I pull it out!
It IS remarkably light for it's length.
It does not leave my hands tasting of old tires.
Expensive? Yes, but apparently worth it.
Has anyone ever needed to use the warranty?.THAT I would be interested to know about....
*******I used the warranty!.It kinked after about 3 months...they sent a new one right away!********
