March 17, 2009 I ordered 2 of the Faucet Handelocks via Flow Security Systems. I received two locks but no adapters forthe handles. I sent an E Mail and it was very promptly answered and folllowed up with a Phone call. I was told the 2 adapters would be immediately shipped andI received them today. I am impressed with the heavy duty of the brass but I really feel an instruction sheet should of accompanied it. ( more detail)I have not installed them yet but I feel that they will meet my
expectation or I will advise in a new review.
4/20/2009 The locks are installed and I am very satisfied with the operation and quality of the product. The company also followed up to make sure the over sight was properly taken care off.
