A very stiff, extra heavy duty hose. Most customers would be happier with the series 2000 heavy duty NeverKink hose, which does kink on occasion but is very flexible and easy to use and store on a hose holder. But when I bought the series 3000 (11-23-08) it was only $25 and they wanted $41 for the series 2000 (go figure!). I give this one 5 stars for durability but only 2 stars for usability; 3 stars overall.
