I have a box in the lawn with a spigot in it.The spigot points down at the bottom of the box, and it's plastic.Two problems with that... one, it's a royal pain to thread the hose on there properly; and two, it's plastic - I was concerned that a single cross-threaded attempt would start to destroy the plastic threads on the spigot.

Then I stumbled upon this in a store while looking for something else - it's great!No more peering down into that dark box trying to see if the threads are going on straight, just click and spray!The spigot is hooked to the irrigation system and doesn't pass through the pressure reducer in the house, so very high pressure - and this thing doesn't leak a bit.Highly recommend it.
