Gilmour 10 Series 8 Ply Flexogen Hose 1/2 Inch x 75 Feet #10-12075 Green Review

After trying all kinds of hoses over the years, I think this one is the Holy Grail. All of other hoses I've tried kinked. Period. And continual kinking of the same areas eventually lead to bursting hoses, which means my "hose fix kit" keeps making the usable hose shorter and shorter, until finally I have a spigot with a sprayer directly attached to it. But low and behold, reading the reviews of Gilmour Flexogens, you simply can't go wrong here. May cost more up front, but if there's EVER a problem with the hose, snip the ends, send it to Gilmour, tell them how long you want, and they'll send you a replacement. Period. No questions asked, no reciept. Just a "have a good day" and you're off spraying your neighbor's cat again. Also, I used to use 3/4" hose because we have very good water pressure out of the spigot, but I figured with the warranty the 1/2" would work. I'd very highly recommend this, as the 1/2" works PERFECTLY, plus it is much more lightweight. This hose is somewhat "heavy" compared to the others I've tried/felt, but compared to getting sprinkled in the face from hose-kink-holes of previous hoses, that is by no means a complaint. You know that cowboy lasso dance you used to do when holding the sprayer and trying to turn the hose so that the hole is facing the grass instead of spraying you. You know.. that dance that has one of your shoulders either really veiny and striated, or else ripped your rotator cuff. Well you can kiss all of that goodbye. The quality of this hose is no joke. From the threaded connectors which feel heavy and do not bend around the hose like most others, to the 8 ply hose itself which just doesn't kink. Now... is it me, or should Gilmour start making cars, TVs, and Vacuum Cleaners?
