Given the standard connectors, the hose diameter is pretty small.So, water flow is quite weak with my usual attachments.Even with the included attachment, to say I was unimpressed would be an understatement.Returned it and wishing I hadn't tossed the old hose.

Gilmour 14 Series 4 Ply Reinforced Rubber/Vinyl Hose 5/8 Inch x 75 Feet #14-58075 Black w/Green Stripe Review

I bought this hose in Nov of 2008 and within a couple of months had to replace both ends due to small holes that developed. Then when the temps got hot as they do here in So California the hose would suddenly rupture for absolutely no reason at all. It seems the material this hose is made of doesn't like the heat and softens up too much. I'm now down to about a 40ft hose with a mend in the middle! I have an average sized back yard and use it for the usual stuff like watering plants, hosing down patio furniture, filling up pool, nothing "industrial". Supposedly it has a lifetime warranty. Let's see how that goes!

Swan Soft And Supple SNSS58075 5/8-Inch x 75-Foot Green Garden Hose Review

We just replaced the exact version of this hose after many, many years.The hose itself was fine, only the connector was an issue after being run over by cars and people for years, and being replaced with a cheap aftermarket connector.It will take a little while for the "newness" to wear off the outside of the hose and get really supple, but so far, I am glad I replaced it with the same style.I am also happy to say this hose is MADE IN THE USA!!!

We bought a new house and I have bought three of these hoses -- two 75 feet and one 100 feet.

They have a limiter to reduce water quantity (for low-water usage states).It's a washer with a tiny hole in it.I didn't like that so I simply took a knife and carved out a bit more space for the water to go through.After that, it's fine. If you're looking for a hose that has high volume of water, you may want to look at a bigger diameter hose, but for the vast majority of people, the water pressure will be just fine.

Best of all, I really like the fact that it's lead-free (most hoses have lead in the brass and/or the PVC) and environmentally friendly.I would recommend this lead hands-down.

I also bought a couple of Bon Aire nozzles and they are WONDERFUL.Highly recommended.
