The product itself was working ok, but it broke in the first month when I pulled the hose too hard and it snapped off. That's not really the problem I have though as that was partially my fault.The problem is with the Satisfaction Guarantee (Lifetime Warranty) that all of their products are supposed to have. I've called the company probably 20+ times in the last two months. I've NEVER gone anywhere but voicemail. They've never called me back. I've sent numerous emails. The first email I did get a response from the company saying they would send a replacement and that they just needed my address. Gave it to them and haven't received the product or any further replies to future emails. It's now been over two months.
I'm convinced the company is bankrupt. If so fine. But Amazon/Target/Lowe's shouldn't still be selling their products if the company no longer exists and is just running off old inventory. Or if they do, market it that way with a "no warranty" exclaimer.
I even tracked down their Chief Communications Officer & Executive Vice President of Marketing and dialed his extension. Voicemail...
