I needed to buy new hoses and I liked the idea of buying a hose which was not made with lead. I am trying to wind it up after each use to keep it in shape. It is much lighter than my previous heavy duty hoses so keeping the hose wound up is a much easier task. It has kinked but only a couple of times. I think finding a hose which never kinks is almost impossible to avoid when you are dragging the hose all over the yard.
